By accessing https://clickganj.in, requesting a quotation, submitting a booking enquiry, or reserving any Clickganj Photobooth service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you are booking on behalf of another person, a family or an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf. If you do not agree with any part of this page, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website or booking our services.

Clickganj Photobooth provides premium event entertainment and instant-memory experiences across Lucknow and nearby cities, including:

Our packages, inclusions, props, templates and equipment are continually refined to keep the experience fresh. Services, features and pricing may therefore be added, modified or withdrawn without prior notice. The details confirmed in writing at the time of your booking will always apply to your event.

3.1 Booking Request

Submitting an enquiry, downloading a quotation or messaging us on WhatsApp does not reserve your event date. Dates remain open to other customers until a booking is formally confirmed by our team.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is treated as confirmed only once all of the following are complete:

• Required event details are received
• Advance payment (if applicable) is received
• Booking confirmation is issued by Clickganj

3.3 Customer Information

Customers must provide correct and complete event details, including the event date, start time, full venue address and a reachable contact number. Clickganj is not responsible for service disruption, delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

4.1 Payments

Payment amounts, accepted methods and the payment schedule for your event will be communicated by our team during the booking process and confirmed in writing.

Any additional services, extended hours, extra prints or custom requirements requested before or during the event may incur additional charges, which will be shared with you before they are applied wherever practically possible.

4.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us as early as possible so that we can support you and, where feasible, release the date for other customers.

Rescheduling is always subject to the availability of our team and equipment on your preferred new date. Where the new date is unavailable, our team will work with you to identify a suitable alternative.

4.3 Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, civil disturbances, power outages or other force majeure events — Clickganj Photobooth will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking. If rescheduling is not possible, the customer will be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment made, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

To help us deliver a flawless experience, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate event information
• Arrange suitable installation space
• Ensure safe electrical power where required
• Obtain venue permissions
• Prevent misuse or damage to equipment

Our team typically arrives ahead of the scheduled start time for setup. Timely access to the venue and a level, covered installation area help ensure your booth is ready exactly when your guests arrive.

All booths, cameras, printers, lighting, props and accessories brought to your event remain the exclusive property of Clickganj Photobooth at all times and are operated only by our trained team.

Customers may be held responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any intentional or negligent damage, loss or theft caused by the customer, their guests or any third party present at the venue.

We plan every event with generous buffer time. However, Clickganj shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Venue restrictions
• Government regulations
• Power failures
• Internet outages
• Technical interruptions beyond reasonable control

Where a delay is caused by factors outside our control, our team will make every reasonable effort to continue service and, where possible, adjust the running time in consultation with you.

Print quality depends significantly on venue lighting, ambient temperature, humidity and other environmental conditions at the event location. Our team calibrates on-site to achieve the best possible output.

Minor variation in colour, brightness or tone between the on-screen preview and the final print may occur and is considered normal for instant event printing. Digital copies, where included in your package, are shared through the method agreed at the time of booking.

Photographs captured of you and your guests belong to the customer.

Clickganj may use selected event photographs or videos for portfolio, social media or marketing purposes only after obtaining the customer’s permission or appropriate consent.

Customers may request at any time that their event media is not used publicly, and we will honour that request promptly.

All content published on this website, including:

• Software
• Marketing Material

remains the exclusive property of Clickganj Photobooth. No part of it may be copied, reproduced, republished or distributed without our prior written permission.

All customer information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
